Amazing for our raffle!

Good platform, few minor points

We used Zeffy for our Giving Tuesday campaign, specifically their donor management CRM and recurring giving features. The setup for donations was quick and the zero fees are a huge plus for us; that's a game changer compared to other platforms. However, finding some of the more advanced donor insights took a bit of digging in the menus. It's not a deal breaker, but the interface could be a touch more intuitive in places. Overall, very good value and we will continue using it, but some UI tweaks would make it even better.

From what I hear, Zeffy's big draw is the zero fees. Other platforms like Donorbox definitely take a cut or have monthly fees, which can really add up for smaller orgs. Zeffy seems to have pretty good features too.

Yeah, it's legit. We've been using it for a few months now for our small charity and haven't paid a dime. Donors can tip them, but that's it.

I used it for a silent auction and raffle combined last spring. The setup was pretty straightforward. Took a little bit to get all the items in, but the system itself for tickets and tracking was smooth.
